All photos submitted to this site for the purpose of entry into our contest will be retained by Racing University. By sending photo(s) for the purpose of entering a Racing University contest, sender agrees to publication of said photos without prior consent. At the request of the original sender, Racing University will, at its own discretion, remove photos.
Contest Rules:
No purchase necessary and winner need not be present to win contests offered by Racing University. Winners of tickets to racing events agree not to resell tickets. At the request of a race ticket winner, Racing University may, at its own discretion, offer a prize of equal or greater value should said winner not be able to attend the event. Unless otherwise offered as part of a prize package, transportation, parking, food and lodging are the responsibility of the winner. Winners attend the event at their own risk and agree to hold Racing University, the sanctioning body and race venue harmless in the event of loss or personal injury.
Winners of cash prizes are wholly responsible for any taxes due to all federal, state and local agencies. All cash prizes will be reported the United States Internal Revenue Service on form 1099.
